Incredible customer service

I recently reached out in search of materials for a conference, and Olivia provided outstanding support from start to finish. She was prompt in responding to my emails and incredibly kind as we worked through the best options. On top of that, she helped us resolve a logo issue quickly and efficiently, always replying in a timely manner. She even tracked our packages and followed up to confirm their arrival. This was top-notch service in every way. Amazing service and quality items!

As soon as I made contact with the sales team, they were attentive. Theodore was quick to respond and provide quotes and send out samples of the products. He was patient with my questions and requests and had no problem going back and forth with the placement and size of my artwork. Once the order was placed, it arrived very quickly and I'm very pleased with the items received. They are also very competitively priced without having to compromise on quality - especially for small print runs! I would highly recommend them.
