Flashbay was prompt and easy to work with.
Flashbay was prompt and easy to work with. The one thing I didn't like was the constant calling and emailing. I work for a school district and our process is very slow. I would have appreciated a little more time and space to get our order going. At the very least, instead of calling AND emailing each time, I would have appreciated just getting one or the other (preferably email).
The items, delivery, and service otherwise were all exceptional.

Amazing customer service and turnaround time!
I was so pleased with FlashBay's customer service and their ability to turn our order around within a tight time frame. I received a call with a quote within two hours of submitting my request. The associate I worked with cared about getting our promo products designed quickly and worked to make sure that they arrived in time for our event. I was very impressed!
