Fantastic service and product
Product was extremely well produced and looks amazing. Very happy with the final product, which came in a timely manner.

James from Flashbay was very helpful, replied in timely manner, followed up when necessary and was able to be contacted when needed. The products were produced well and what we had agreed to via proofing. Timing of the product being produced and delivered was pretty much spot on, except for a minor delay on 1 box that wasn't delivered, however this would of most likely been the responsibility of the courier.

Amazing Product & Service
We ordered drawstring backpacks for a corporate meeting gift bag and they were fantastic! The quality is better than all of the other companies we initially looked at. They were able to do exactly what we wanted with the design and it came out amazing. The customer service/sales person I worked with was great as well. He reached out after I sent in a quote/sample request. The sample came within 24 hours of the request being put in. The initial design came over quickly and the changes requested were done right away. After ordering, the bags came very quickly as well. Just a great experience all around and I would highly recommend Flashbay!
