It was so easy to place my order, I enjoyed that you can easily select the products upload logos then receive a quote and artwork within minutes. Rita Xue has an excellent turnaround time for responses, my order was placed without any effort, received accurately as indicated on turnaround time. It has been a stress-free experience. Great Customer Service & Product
Hieu from Flashbay was professional & friendly to deal with. The samples arrived promptly to help with decision making and once a choice was made the product arrived quickly and looked great. Cost was a little more than we originally planned on spending but the quality is much better than our last batch from another company. We look forward to handing out the printed drink bottles & koozies at our upcoming charity event. We have no hesitation using Flashbay again.
