Great to have a human at the other side, that could guide in relation to some custom design queries I had. 10/10.

Great experience
We were helped by Rachel at Flashbay and we were very satisfied with the product we received which were some personalized pens. She got us a great price and made sure the delivery was done in a timely manner. Always kept track of my order and made a final phone call to ask what we thought about the pens. We recommend them.
