Data Preloading policy

Flashbay offers our customers an optional Data Preloading Service.

Customers may freely choose whether or not to include this optional service as part of their order with Flashbay. Customers who choose to use this optional service:

• Confirm that they have the right to share any data provided to Flashbay
• Confirm that the data provided to Flashbay does not contain any personal data as defined by GDPR or other relevant data protection laws
• Confirm that Flashbay shall be indemnified in full against all claims relating to any data provided to Flashbay

The results of the Data Preloading Service are provided on an “as is” basis and Flashbay will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from provision of the Data Preloading service.

Flashbay may transfer any data provided to any other worldwide Flashbay entity, including our internal data processing facilities in China, the UK, the US or any other Flashbay location as we deem necessary to ensure your order is fulfilled in an efficient and timely fashion. Our quoted prices and lead times are dependent upon this.

Flashbay will treat all data provided with a similar level of protection as we treat our own data and will remove the data from our systems after it has been used to successfully fulfil your order.
