Olivia was such a dream to work with in looking for a promotional item that fit our needs. Professional and efficient from start to finish
We recently used Flashbay to produce branded corporate merchandise for one of our clients and were very impressed from start to finish. As an agency, we’ve worked with many suppliers over the years, and the pre-order service really stood out. Tom called the same afternoon as my initial enquiry and samples arrived the very next day, before we had even formally requested them, which helped us move quickly. The artwork setup and approval process was straightforward, even with a few tweaks along the way. The finished products matched the samples exactly and arrived earlier than expected. Pricing was very competitive too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
