Great customer service and responsiveness
The process of submitting a design for the product on the website was very easy and then the responsiveness throughout the process of ordering and getting a quote for impressive. Also, the check-in from a representative about how the products turned out for us after we received them was just the cherry on top. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Flashbay to anyone looking for custom products and great customer service.

Great product with high-quality etching, and excellent customer service
Matt K was helpful, responsive, and able to answer my questions. I'm really happy with how the Nova Pure water bottles turned out. The quality of the imprint is great, and it only took a few days to get my order. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
