Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was incredibly easy to work with. She helped facilitate everything smoothly and made sure the order shipped very quickly. Beautiful water bottles!
I was a bit nervous since shipment was coming from China and I only had a few days to order and get to Hawaii. Hieu was exceptional in providing customer service and I got my water bottles 2 days early! They are beautiful just like the mock up looked.
