Christian was great and even sent me a sample of the product which I didn't even ask for. He took his time to send me one. Did my mock ups for me on email and followed up and stayed in touch. He was great.

Excellent Customer Service - Would Recommend

This is our 2nd order from Flashbay, we ordered customer Christmas gifts last year, and this year.
We went for the Gear Merch packs this time.
I dealt with Ruari, he was so helpful, very efficient, and a credit to the team. I would definitely recommend Ruari and Flashbay, great service and great quality!

Amazing service! Prompt response to design changes (They were proactive and sent me a draft even before I had requested it!). Jaque was fantastic! He kept me updated with the progress of my order and followed up swiftly. I would definitely recommend them.
